We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive young professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing calendars, coordinating travel, and supporting day-to-day operational tasks. Excellent English communication and confidence in handling professional interactions are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Email Management
Manage professional calendars efficiently, including Outlook, Google Calendar, and other scheduling tools.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and reminders.
Assist in organizing email communication and maintaining timely follow-ups.
Travel & Events Coordination
Handle domestic and international travel arrangements.
Book flights, hotels, transportation, and restaurant reservations.
Prepare travel itineraries and ensure smooth logistics.
Technology & Tools
Work confidently with
MacOS
, Apple applications (Pages, Keynote, iCal, etc.), and Google Workspace.
Assist with basic troubleshooting and management of Apple devices.
Administrative Support
Prepare documents, notes, and presentations as required.
Maintain records, files, and databases.
Handle day-to-day office tasks with accuracy and speed.
Communication
Communicate professionally and effectively in English--both written and verbal.
Interact with internal teams, clients, vendors, and service providers.
Proactive Approach
Anticipate needs of the executive and act before being asked.
Manage priorities, handle multiple tasks, and solve problems independently.
Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and a positive attitude at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
Strong proficiency with
MacOS
, Apple applications, and Google Workspace tools.
Experience managing Outlook and other professional calendars.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to stay proactive, resourceful, and solution oriented.
Good understanding of travel planning and reservations (flights, hotels, restaurants).
Professional behaviour, reliability, and attention to detail.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience supporting senior executives or founders.
Knowledge of productivity tools and collaboration platforms.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
