Job Title : Executive Assistant/ Personal assistant/ Assistant to MD (Married Female only)
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and reports.
Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making.
Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and maintain files, records, and important documents.
Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Provide general administrative support to the MD's office.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
Experience:
1 year in an executive assistant, secretary, or administrative role.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Time management skills with attention to detail.
Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
