Job Roles
:
Attend meetings (or review recordings) and extract clear action points
Assign tasks, explain context, and ensure timely closure
Maintain meeting notes, decisions, and follow-ups in OneNote
Handle invoices, bills, uploads, and records in Zoho
Track work and progress using Microsoft Planner
Maintain Excel-based trackers (tasks, timelines, progress, data)
Create PowerPoint updates and reports (monthly / quarterly / yearly)
Coordinate with teams to collect updates and convert them into clear PPT decks
Support planning, reminders, anniversaries, and follow-ups proactively
Ensure work continues smoothly even without direct instructions
Desired Skills:
Full ownership of assigned and understood tasks
Ability to understand work from context, not step-by-step instructions
Strong research and structuring skills
Clear and professional communication
High honesty and integrity
Comfortable working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Planner & OneNote
