Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Executive Assistant (EA)

to provide comprehensive support to our Founder. As the right hand to the Founder, you will manage their schedule, streamline communication, and coordinate critical activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and multitasking.

Role & Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel for the Founder, ensuring optimal time management. Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Founder. Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings. Assist in tracking progress and deadlines for various projects and initiatives driven by the Founder. Draft, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and other important documents. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners by managing correspondence and ensuring prompt follow-ups. Handle personal tasks and errands as needed to support the Founder.

Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other organizational tools. Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle occasional after-hours tasks. Preference for
