Provide administrative support to the CEO, coordinating complex schedules, and arranging travel itineraries.
Manage the CEO's Google Calendar, ensuring accurate and up-to-date scheduling.
Develop and maintain intricate spreadsheets using Excel to track and analyze key performance metrics.
Prepare and review presentations, reports, and other documents for the CEO's review.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients.
Anticipate and resolve administrative issues, exercising sound judgment and discretion.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a legal environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite, particularly Google Calendar.
Impeccable organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
