Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager - Sales.
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Track sales metrics, performance dashboards, and follow up on key action items.
Liaise with internal departments and external clients on behalf of the GM.
Organize and coordinate sales meetings, events, and reviews.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
Maintain effective records and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
1- 5 years of experience as an EA.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
