We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO as part of the Founder's Office. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with both the CEO and the Chief of Staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, optimal time and priority management, and seamless internal and external communications. You will serve as a trusted partner in managing strategic and tactical workflows, acting as a force multiplier to the CEO and as an integral connector across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support
Coordinate and manage executive calendars, book meetings, and secure appropriate meeting spaces.
Act as a point of contact among different stakeholders.
Prepare, format, and organize documents, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
Handle general office tasks, maintain filing systems.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), calendar management tools.
2. Administrative & Logistical Excellence
Manage travel, expenses, and logistics with impeccable accuracy and timeliness.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Own and optimize systems for scheduling, task management, and coordination tools.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
