We are looking for a
proactive and organized Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator
to support our CEO in managing
HR, admin, resources, and client communication
. This is a
strategic role
with visibility across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing day-to-day tasks.
Handle HR activities: onboarding, attendance tracking, employee queries, documentation.
Manage administrative tasks: office operations, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, internal communications.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in resource management: task assignments, follow-ups, and project tracking.
Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documentation.
Support CEO in strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
1-2 years of relevant experience.
Note:
Not more than 3 years of experience
Good communication skills in English, Tamil (spoken and written).
Basic knowledge of hiring, payroll, and office tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities without supervision.
Trustworthy, organized, and responsible.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in executive support and office management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
