Handle business correspondence, emails, letters, and phone calls professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, and required documentation.
Coordinate travel arrangements (flight, hotel, itinerary).
Maintain confidential files, records, and important documents.
Follow up on tasks assigned by management and ensure timely completion.
Assist in organizing events, reviews, and client meetings.
Draft MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and share actionable points.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Maintain office efficiency by supporting administrative tasks.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
