Millennial Materials and Devices, India Pvt Ltd. is an advanced material manufacturing company focused on Chromatography and allied products. The company is based in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Millennial Scientific (www.millennialscientific.com), based in Long Island, New York. Our chromatography product portfolio includes the award-winning NanoPak-C all-carbon suite of products. They deliver high-performance extraction, separation, and purification of chemicals and biochemicals serving underserved or unserved Life- and Bio-Science market segments. These products are available as bulk stationary phase media or packed in solid-phase extraction (SPE) and liquid chromatography columns. Our allied products include SPE, chromatography, lab, and fluid handling consumables and supplies.

What we're looking forAn Office Executive Assistant for the company's overall operations.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:



Accounts & Bookkeeping:



Assist in updating day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Review and maintain company ledgers, invoices, and financial statements. Assist in coordinating with auditors and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory norms. Support management in budgeting, cost analysis, and monthly reporting.

Procurement, Logistics & Shipping:



Manage sourcing and procurement of lab instruments, raw materials, and consumables. Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts with local and international vendors. Handle shipping, packaging, and dispatch of materials to clients and distributors.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:



Coordinate with suppliers and service teams for

installation, calibration, and troubleshooting

of instruments. Support customers with technical queries and ensure post-sales service coordination.

Facility & Administration:



Help with office operations, facility maintenance, and vendor contracts. Maintain and review the assets inventory, utilities, and compliance documentation. Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Human Resources:



Support recruitment, on boarding, and training of new employees. Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination. Foster a positive and efficient workplace culture.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Excellent multitasking and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software. Analytical and practical mind-set with a positive approach to troubleshooting.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
