Manage the day-to-day schedule of Ma'am, including calendar management, meetings, and follow-ups.
Handle professional communication such as emails, phone calls, and messages, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, media contacts, and external stakeholders as required.
Draft, review, and organize emails, documents, presentations, and reports.
Assist in preparing briefing notes, meeting agendas, and action points.
Act as a point of contact between Ma'am and key stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Support media-related coordination such as interviews, events, content reviews, and basic communications (if required).
Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and basic administrative tasks.
Support business-related activities including follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with vendors or partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, administrative, or coordination role (media/business exposure preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of professional email etiquette and business communication
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
