Key Responsibilities
Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle travel planning, accommodations, and itinerary management (domestic and international).
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, drafts, presentations, and communication materials as required.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Oversee email management, correspondence, and follow-ups.
Coordinate office logistics, documentation, and record-keeping.
Support in business operations, project coordination, and task tracking.
Assist with personal tasks and ad-hoc requirements when needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and modern productivity tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
