Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate requirements.
Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, reports, and communication on behalf of management.
Maintain confidential documents, files, and records.
Coordination & Communication
Serve as a key point of contact between management, staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables assigned by management.
Coordinate inter-departmental communication and ensure timely information flow.
Operational Support
Assist in project tracking, presentations, and documentation.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries as required.
Support event planning, office activities, and administrative functions.
Travel & Logistics
Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and itinerary preparation.
Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and invoices for management.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
2 years -5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative role (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email drafting, and coordination.
Professional, presentable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
