Key Responsibilities:
Managing calendars, meetings, and appointments
Follow-ups with internal & external stakeholders
Handling email communication and documentation
Preparing reports, presentations, and MS Office tasks
Coordinating day-to-day executive activities
Ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
8+ years
of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Candidates staying
near Lower Parel (15-30 mins distance)
