Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and follow up with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Organise schedules, calendars, meetings, and reminders for the Partner.
Handle both business & personal tasks efficiently.
Manage travel bookings (domestic & international) and occasionally accompany the Partner.
Support export business operations across international time zones and vessel cut-offs.
Ensure smooth communication and keep the Partner on track with proactive, firm follow-ups.
Maintain confidentiality, discipline, and accuracy in all work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Female, age 2738 years (Mumbai-based; no relocation).
Prior experience as EA to Director/Partner/CXO preferred.
Confident, presentable, and able to command respect in a global business setting.
Excellent communication (English & Hindi), strong influencing and follow-up ability.
Highly organised, disciplined, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
Flexible with work hours (10 am - 7 pm base timing + after-hours follow-ups as needed).
Experience in Export / Import, FMCG, Trading, or Logistics industries preferred.
