We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant
to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring seamless communication within and outside the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Maintain records, files, and documentation
Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Take meeting notes and ensure timely follow-ups on action items
Assist in daily administrative and operational activities
Support project coordination and event planning as required
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in an administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
