This is not a typical Executive Assistant role. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can act as the right-hand to the Founder, ensuring execution, coordination, and smooth operations across multiple tasks. The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, and solution-driven, with the ability to "get things done."
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Founder to execute day-to-day requirements and strategic initiatives.
Frequent travel to Goa for on-ground execution, vendor coordination, and operational support.
Handle permission-related and liaising work with government authorities, local bodies, and external stakeholders.
Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors; negotiate contracts and ensure timely deliveries.
Build strong relationships with local service providers, partners, and collaborators.
Act as a single point of accountability for the Founder, ensuring smooth follow-ups, timely closures, and dependable execution.
Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Requirements
Male candidate only (due to the nature of travel and role requirements).
3-4 years of professional experience in EA, operations, admin, or a similar role.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and execution skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Willingness to travel frequently and be on-call as per business needs.
A "problem-solver" mindset with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
