Accompany the Chief Mentor during office hours and travel (within or outside the city, as required).
Maintain and remind the Chief Mentor about meetings, appointments, and daily schedules.
Assist in managing calls, messages, and communication updates.
Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts as per instructions.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning by proactively supporting the Chief Mentors in professional tasks.
Prepare brief notes, reminders, and follow-up lists as required.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel and be available as per the Chief Mentor's schedule.
Presentable, polite, and professional behavior.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, calendar management).
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in any field (Administration/Management preferred).
