Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the management.
Maintain and organize important documents, reports, and presentations.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Assist in project coordination and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support day-to-day operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum
3 years of experience
as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
