Job Title: Executive Assistant to Board Members

Experience: 3+ years of experience in executive or board-level support roles
Job Purpose:
To provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to Board Members, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and smooth execution of governance and business responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Secretarial Support
Manage calendars, schedule board and committee meetings, and organize travel and logistics
Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, board packs, and presentations in coordination with relevant departments
Record and maintain minutes of board and committee meetings, and follow up on action points
Manage confidential documents, reports, and records related to board matters
Communication & Liaison
Act as the primary point of contact between Board Members and internal/external stakeholders
Draft, review, and edit correspondence, memos, and communication on behalf of the Board
Coordinate with senior leadership, legal, compliance, and other departments for governance-related documentation
Board Governance & Compliance
Ensure timely filing and documentation for board resolutions and statutory requirements
Track regulatory deadlines and compliance calendars related to board and company governance
Assist in coordinating Annual General Meetings (AGMs), shareholder communications, and other corporate events
Operational Support
Maintain a secure and well-organized repository of board documents, approvals, and historical data
Provide logistical support for board visits, conferences, and official events
Support special projects and research as requested by the Board
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good understanding of corporate governance practices (preferred)
Qualifications:
Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA or Company Secretary qualification is a plus)
3+ years of relevant experience in executive assistance or board support roles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
