Act as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
Manage the flow of information in a timely and accurate manner.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics as required.
Take minutes during meetings and prepare accurate records.
Prepare and format documents for internal and external communication (memos, emails, reports).
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Administrative & Office Management
Organize and maintain office filing systems (digital & physical).
Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Supervise the performance of clerical and administrative staff.
Act as an office manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
HR & People Support
Assist in basic HR functions including attendance, leave tracking, and employee records.
Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, handling correspondence, and onboarding formalities.
Requirements & Skills
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of
Tally
entries (preferred).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good verbal and written
communication
abilities.
Ability to work
independently
with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
