Pappytech Solutions Private Limited is a global e-commerce company selling a variety of products on marketplaces like Amazon. We provide efficient business support and are looking for a reliable Executive Assistant to support our leadership team.
Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior management by organizing schedules, managing communications, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendar appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
Handle communications including emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents.
Organize and maintain office files, records, and supplies.
Coordinate with departments for workflow and timely task completion.
Support special projects and day-to-day operations as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and trustworthy.
Familiarity with e-commerce business operations is advantageous.
Additional Information:
On-site position based in Masjid Bunder East, Mumbai.
Six working days per week, from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Salary up to ?25,000 per month based on experience.
