Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handle confidential information with discretion
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Support in event planning, follow-ups, and other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
Female candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in MS Office and communication tools
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure
