Manage MD's daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
Handle all communications (emails, calls, letters) and prioritize tasks for the MD.
Draft, edit, and organize documents like reports, presentations, and agendas.
Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and take minutes.
Act as a bridge between MD and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Track and manage MD's business expenses and submit for reimbursement.
Assist in managing ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
Support recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and following up with candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers and track recruitment progress.
Assist in digital marketing activities such as email campaigns, social media, and online ads. Help track digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Create content for newsletters, landing pages, and assist in SEO/SEM-based campaigns.
Perform any additional ad hoc administrative, marketing, or coordination tasks as required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication (English).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and landing page optimization.
Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
Experience in recruitment coordination and candidate management.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Shorthand and secretarial training (preferred but not mandatory).
Required Qualifications & Experience:
2 to 5 years of total professional experience, with at least 2 years in recruitment and substantial exposure to executive support.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
Certifications or exposure in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media advertising) are a plus.
Secretarial training or equivalent experience is advantageous.

Quality and turnaround of communication/document deliverables.
