Key Responsibilities:
Manage Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with internal departments
Draft and respond to emails, letters, and official communication on behalf of the Director
Maintain minutes of meetings and ensure timely follow-up of tasks and decisions
Assist in daily operational tasks and special assignments as delegated
Ensure high levels of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Arts/Science); MBA/Office Admin Certification is a plus
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Good command over written and spoken English; Marathi/Hindi preferred
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good interpersonal skills, time management, and ability to multitask
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is an added advantage
