Key Responsibilities:
1. Records keeping and management
2. Researching and relevant document preparations
3. Perusing documents before MD signature
4. Manage MD's itinerary
5. Schedule appointments/VC and maintain minutes of meetings/action/follow up points.
6. Take initiative, analyse requirements and take independent action to liaise/communicate/follow up with key stakeholders
7. Organize and Manage smooth running of the entire MD's office administration
8. Writing and preparation of report drafts for Management review.
9. To follow up and track and maintain record of MD personal investment
10. Any other duties appropriate to the post
