We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional
Executive Assistant
to support our senior management. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handle confidential information with discretion
Coordinate between departments and external stakeholders
Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
