- Proper handling of chemical and breakage control with decoy system.
- To take inventor the F&B operational items and handling stock..
- To pre daily weekly and monthly breakage report.
- Handling the stewarding chemical and material store.
- Clean walls, Tables, racks, sinks, floor mats and disposal area polish stainless steel
- Responsible for taking monthly inventory chinaware cutlery service ware of the hotel
- Training of kitchen stewarding staff
- Good Experience Kitchen stewarding Executive
- Food provided

- Diploma (Preferred)
- kitchen stewarding: 1 year (Preferred)
