Key Responsibilities1. Administrative & Executive Support
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, presentations, and reports.
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
2. Communication Management
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests; respond or escalate as necessary.
Maintain strong professional communication on behalf of the executive.
3. Operational Coordination
Assist in project coordination, follow-ups, and deadline management.
Track daily tasks, priorities, and action items for the executive.
Support in preparing business documents, proposals, and MIS reports.
4. Office & Team Support
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
Assist in planning events, meetings, and organizational activities.
Monitor and manage office supplies and vendor coordination if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline;
Proven experience of 2-5 years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), email handling, and scheduling tools.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with senior leadership or CXO-level executives.
Knowledge of project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, etc.).
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
