Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily schedule, meetings, and correspondence of senior management.
Handle documentation, filing, and communication tasks efficiently.
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
Support in office operations and other administrative work as required.
Requirements
Qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
Experience: 2-5 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional demeanor and ability to multitask.
