to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management in a leading Scaffolding & Shuttering manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings of senior executives
Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare agendas & MOM
Handle official emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
Maintain records, files, and confidential information
Coordinate with production, sales, and purchase departments
Support management with follow-ups and task tracking
Assist in travel planning and logistics when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative role preferred
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Manufacturing industry exposure is an added advantage
