Job Description

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - CLIENT STRATEGYEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Core duties responsibilities include the following:

  • Interaction with Indian and overseas customers from time to time. Responding to
Customer queries (over phone/by email)
  • Calendar Management for Management Team for engaging clients both new and current.
  • Liaison with overseas clients on key project activity
  • Preparing Invoices, quotations, proposals , price lists and communicating with suppliers
and partners
  • Generating leads and developing independent review of opportunities.
  • Coordinating with Logistic companies on Export/Import of materials, preparing documents
for the same.
  • File Management, Database management, flyers, product information
  • Support for Event Management, Training Coordination, Dealer Network and Office
Administration and Business Development.
  • Follow-up with customers for payment and dealing with Banks
Pre-requisites :1. Good written and oral communication in English2. Interested to travel and engage in networking3. Exposure in business development / sales preferred4. Commercial knowledge of taxes / gst / tds etc.5. Should possess a two-wheeler with licenseReporting to:Head - Client strategy / Director-India Operationsorganization with focus on helping leadership teams with business expansion. The core businessesinclude consulting, representing global clients in India and developing channel for product distributionand trade in key sectors such as Construction, Automotive, Water, Environment, Equipment,manufacturing, services , training, mentoring and several other key services.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From ?30,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Morning shift

  • Guindy, Madras Race Course - 600032, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
