The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, draughting business proposals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and facilitating client onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive calendars, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings.
Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and official correspondence with clients and partners.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, pitch decks, and other business documents.
Draft and send business proposals and follow-up emails to clients and partners.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, sales, and project) to gather inputs and align deliverables.
Support end-to-end client onboarding, including documentation, internal handovers, CRM updates, and client status tracking.
Conduct research and prepare data reports as required.
Coordinate business reviews, feedback loops, and follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.
Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Manage administrative tasks such as expense reports and invoices.
Candidate Requirements:
MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a business support/client-facing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across teams
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks
Exposure to technology or IoT/embedded domain is an added advantage

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
