We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a strong background in Commerce to provide administrative and financial support. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in
Tally
and
Zoho
, with hands-on experience in managing accounts, documentation, and day-to-day office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive-level assistance including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
Handle accounting tasks such as entries, reconciliations, invoices, and expense management using
Tally
.
Manage and update records on
Zoho Books/Zoho CRM
as required.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, financial summaries, and documentation.
Support in budget monitoring, fund flow, and cash flow tracking.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Assist in compliance, audits, and filing requirements.
Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce, Accounting, or related field
.
1-2 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant/Accounts Assistant/Admin Executive.
Proficiency in
Tally
and
Zoho
is a must.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
