Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Scheduling - Managing executive's appointments, meetings, and travel.
Communication Management - Handling calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Meeting Coordination - Preparing agendas, taking minutes, following up on action items.
Travel Arrangements - Booking flights, hotels, transport, visas.
Confidential Tasks - Handling sensitive information with discretion.
Documentation - Preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and official letters.
Decision Support - Researching, compiling information, and preparing briefs for executive decision-making.
Gatekeeping - Acting as the first point of contact and managing access to the executive.
Project Support - Assisting with special projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines.
