We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Associate Manager to join our team at Offisync. The ideal candidate will support business operations, manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day activities. This role requires strong communication, leadership ability, and the capability to drive departmental goals efficiently.
Educational Qualification
B.E / MBA / MCA preferred
Experience
Freshers to 2 years of experience in operations, client management, coordination, or similar roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations to support organizational goals.
Oversee client interactions, resolve queries, and maintain strong professional relationships.
Support the management team with planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery of tasks and smooth workflow.
Prepare reports, presentations, performance summaries, and documentation as needed.
Monitor project progress and follow up with internal teams for updates.
Handle communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders professionally.
Assist in building operational processes and improving efficiency.
Maintain confidential records, data, and reports.
Utilize MS Office and advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
Education
: Bachelor's Degree (MBA/BE preferred)
Experience
: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
Languages
: Fluent in English and Kannada (Tamil and Malayalam are optional and a plus)
Technical Skills
: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and email communication tools
