About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the senior management team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist in project coordination, follow-up actions, and report preparation.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
Maintain effective filing and document management systems (digital and physical).
Monitor emails and communication channels to ensure timely responses.
Support event planning, team meetings, and company initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
0-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under tight deadlines.
Professional demeanour, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in managing executive calendars and travel logistics.
Exposure to startup or corporate environments.
Knowledge of office management tools and CRM software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
