W Health has set up India's first healthcare focused Venture Studio called 2070Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech , BabyMD and Everhope Oncology.

Responsibilities

HR Support: Providing support to the HR team in offer letter preparation, maintaining employee records, and managing employee insurance Details, Employee Birthday benefits, Employee queries related to insurance, etc. Vendor Management: Managing relationships with vendors and service providers such as IT support (laptop & other hardware requirements), office supplies etc. Office space management for all three locations- Bangalore, Delhi & Mumbai like working with managers of any of the We-Work, Behive etc. Budget Management: Creating and managing budgets for office-related expenses or for any events such as rent, utilities, and outsourcing activity and ensuring that expenses are kept within the allocated budget. Travel Management: Coordinating travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights and hotels, managing travel expenses, and ensuring compliance with travel policies. Event Management: Coordinating and organizing company events such as meetings, conferences, and team-building activities. Calendar Management: Managing the partner's schedule, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

Graduation in any stream Minimum prior 4-7 years of work experience in similar role would be preferred Prior experience in Consulting, Executive Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role High Order of Empathy Excellent articulation and communication skills Ambitious and comfortable with fast-paced environment. Good follow-through and organization skills. * Advantage if knows multiple regional languages like Hindi, Marathi, Kannada
