Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the management.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
2. Coordination & Communication
Act as the primary point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely follow-up on action points.
Support in travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Draft letters, reports, and other official documents as required.
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
Track key deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
4. Event & Meeting Management
Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, and events.
Arrange logistics such as venue, travel, catering, and materials.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Experience in supporting senior management preferred.
