Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize meeting requests.
Communication:
Handle executive communications, including answering phones, managing emails, and acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Document Preparation:
Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, and maintain organized filing systems.
Meeting & Event Support:
Plan and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and conferences. Prepare agendas and take minutes.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Project Assistance:
Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed, including research and data compilation.
Expense Management:
Prepare and reconcile expense reports.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
