Key Responsibilities

Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and calls.
Handle correspondence, follow-ups, and reminders with professionalism.
Assist with money matters such as making payments, tracking expenses, and maintaining basic records.
Order necessary items or materials as instructed and ensure timely delivery.
Send parcels or documents to given addresses when required.
Maintain confidentiality and represent the person in a courteous and professional manner.
Learn and adapt quickly to new tasks, tools, and responsibilities.
Support in organizing events, travel, or other commitments when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
