Educational Qualification

Key Skills Required

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Keep, and Dashboard settings).
Excellent command of spoken English and high proficiency in written English for international communication.
Ability to commute to the office within 30-45 minutes.
Professional Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle travel planning, accommodation, and itinerary management.
Record and circulate meeting minutes in a timely manner.
Ensure effective follow-ups with internal teams and external associates to drive task completion.
Facilitate seamless use of Google Workspace tools for collaboration and productivity.
