The Executive Assistant (Junior) provides administrative and coordination support to senior executives and management. The role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting in day-to-day executive and office operations to ensure smooth workflow and effective time management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior executives with daily administrative and coordination tasks
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and records
Handle emails, calls, and internal/external correspondence professionally
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes (MoM)
Support travel arrangements, expense tracking, and reimbursements
Maintain confidentiality of executive and organizational information
Assist in report preparation, presentations, and data compilation
Coordinate with internal departments for follow-ups and task tracking.
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
