Solutionbox Consulting Services are looking for Executive Assistant for one of the reputed client of solutionBox.Job Location: - On site JaipurExperience: - 1-2 years Responsibilities: -
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Answering and directing - official & personal telephone calls
- Managing email inbox and sending responses
- Taking dictation
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation
- Producing executive levels reports and presentations
- Able to do the Research work
- Take minutes during meetings
- Be open to doing personal tasks
- Work on business development for various department
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Provide general administrative support
- Excellent follow up Skills
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Shorthand
- Self-starter
- Problem-solving attitude
- Focused
- Sound exposure to English Language including grammar and spellings
