Key Responsibilities
Communication & Call Handling Support
Assist in screening incoming calls and messages
Take briefs from vendors, consultants, and staff
Prepare call summaries and escalation notes for Founder
Learn how to prioritize urgency vs importance
Draft follow-ups and reminders on behalf of Founder when needed
Calendar & Scheduling Assistance
Help manage Founder's meeting calendar
Schedule meetings with agendas and context
Coordinate across teams to avoid clashes and wasted time
Track meeting outcomes and pending actions
Goal: make the Founder's day smooth, not chaotic.
Logistics Support
Assist with travel planning and bookings
Help with purchase, procurement, and basic logistics
Coordinate small errands and service follow-ups
Documentation & Tracking
Maintain basic digital folders for documents, receipts, IDs, and warranties
Track tasks that require Founder approval or signature
Coordinate with legal, finance, and ops teams for paperwork follow-ups
Maintain simple trackers so nothing gets forgotten
Support to COS & Teams
Assist COS in collecting updates from teams
Prepare simple status summaries for Founder
Coordinate information flow so Founder is not directly disturbed
You'll learn how multi-business execution actually works.

Work Style & Expectations
On-site in Goa
Flexible hours depending on Founder's schedule restricted to max 8 hours in a day, 5 days a week
Some days will be quiet, some days will be chaos -- both are part of the game
Must be comfortable with fast-changing priorities
