With a proven track record of supporting senior executives at scale, you are natural at creating clarity in chaos, aligning diverse stakeholders, and making every interaction count. You bring the calm to the storm-and do it all with a strategic edge and a human touch.Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellence in all foundational EA tasks - calendar management, email management, travel, expenses, and administration.
• Partner with your leaders to manage their time and ensure they're well-prepped for all meetings. Develop trusted relationships with leaders and internal and external partners to stay in rhythm with priorities and actions.
• Partner with the Leaders to stay in rhythm on business priorities and actions.
• Bring teams together and be a common thread and connection point within a global team.
• Participate in meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and lead action items.
• Run virtual and in-person events.
• Lead/participate in ad hoc projects.
• Participate in Leadership Ops meetings, contribute to our craft, and build relationships throughout the team.

Qualifications:You have:

• Any Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2+ years of proven experience as an Executive/Team Assistant, supporting senior leadership
• Solution-oriented, adaptable to change, and proactive in identifying and removing obstacles
• A strategic partner with a track record of supporting senior leaders in high-growth tech environments, effectively managing competing priorities
• Skilled in planning and executing both remote and in-person events and meetings at scale. Quick to adopt new technologies and systems that enhance efficiency
• Comfortable working in a distributed environment, making informed decisions based on data and experience, and motivated to drive meaningful impact

It would be nice if you also had:

• Possess excellent communication skills: oral and written English
• You should know Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with calendar, travel, and expense management
• Experience in an MNC organization is preferable
