Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant & HR Support. This role will provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to senior leadership while also managing essential HR processes. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination across the organization.
Track key projects, monitor deadlines, and ensure deliverables are met.
Inbox & Communication Support:
Manage email correspondence, draft responses, and track action items.
Travel & Logistics:
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
Event Coordination:
Organize internal and external meetings, workshops, and company events.
Strategic Support:
Assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives.
Office & Admin Support:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Team & Project Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams for project updates, follow-ups, and execution support.
HR Support Functions
Recruitment Coordination & Onboarding:
Assist in job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and smooth onboarding of new hires.
HR Records Management:
Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Performance Management Support:
Coordinate performance review cycles and track goal-setting processes.
Internal Communication:
Draft and circulate internal announcements and updates.
Policy & Process Support:
Assist in ensuring adherence to HR policies and support implementation of HR processes.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Coordinator, or in a similar dual-role capacity.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software/tools.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
