Key Responsibilities:



Manage

end-to-end recruitment

, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of employees. Handle

employee grievances, dispute resolution, and disciplinary actions

as per company policy. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation. Support payroll processing and statutory compliance activities. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations. Prepare HR-related reports and assist management in manpower planning. Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a healthy work environment.

Requirements:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (HR)

or a related field.

5 to 10 years of relevant experience

in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-handling skills. Proficient in

MS Office

and basic HR management tools/software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
