Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing and statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Prepare HR-related reports and assist management in manpower planning.
Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a healthy work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (HR)
or a related field.
5 to 10 years of relevant experience
in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-handling skills.
Proficient in
MS Office
and basic HR management tools/software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
