Position Overview
We are looking for an
Executive Assistant & Social Media / Sales Coordinator
who can manage both administrative tasks and creative responsibilities. This role requires someone who communicates with warmth, maintains structure, and supports the overall functioning of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage daily schedules, meetings, coordination, and follow-ups.
Oversee operational activities, payment tracking, and general office tasks.
Assist in planning and execution of workshops, retreats, events, and sound baths.
Provide logistical support for outstation events when required.
Social Media & Marketing
Assist in creating, posting, and managing social media content.
Enhance online presence through engagement, branding, and marketing support.
Coordinate promotional activities for events and offerings.
Client Handling & Sales Support
Manage client conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Handle lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication.
Maintain records of inquiries, conversions, and customer feedback.
Skills & Qualities Required
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Warm, clear, and professional communication skills.
Creative mindset with interest in content creation and wellness.
Ability to balance structure, flow, and intuition.
Comfortable with both administrative and creative tasks.
Willingness to travel for events and retreats.
Must be based in
Gurgaon
and available to work
on-site, 6 days a week
