Roles and Responsibilities of an Executive Assistant
1. Administrative Support
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel plans for executives.
Coordinate and organize business meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.
Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) on behalf of executives.
Maintain systematic filing (digital and physical) for easy document retrieval.
2. Communication and Coordination
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and reports as required.
Liaise with different departments to ensure timely flow of information and task completion.
3. Information Management
Conduct research and prepare briefs for executive decision-making.
Ensure all documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements are updated.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
4. Project and Task Management
Track ongoing projects, monitor deadlines, and provide updates to executives.
Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and reporting.
Support executives in strategic initiatives by coordinating resources.
5. Event and Travel Management
Plan and organize corporate events, conferences, and offsite meetings.
Manage travel bookings, visas, and itineraries ensuring cost efficiency.
6. Office and Team Support
Oversee day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning.
Support hiring processes by scheduling interviews and onboarding arrangements (if required).
Assist in preparing MIS reports or presentations for management reviews.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
